If we're a fit, we'll agree on a focus and cadence — typically bi-weekly sessions over a few months, with real homework between them.

Do the work, see the change
Sessions are working sessions: scripts drafted, cases built, interviews rehearsed. You'll feel the progress because you'll be able to point at it.
